The Origin: A Calibration of Integrity

For 36 years, my path was rooted in a vegetarian tradition—a heritage shaped by spiritual devotion and the sacred principle of Ahimsa (respect and non-violence toward all living beings).

​

That path reached a point of necessary evolution in early 2025. I confronted a jarring reality: the discovery that the industrial dairy system often operates in direct opposition to the mercy it claims to uphold. Through the lens of documentaries like Maa Ka Doodh, Dominion, and Christspiracy, I witnessed the profound levels of suffering hidden within these systems. I realized that to stay truly aligned with my Dharma (purpose), vegetarianism was no longer enough.

Vizzi is the result of that awakening.

It is a commitment to a 100% Plant-Based future, but its flavor is a map of my journey. Born and raised in Gibraltar and having traveled the world before finding home in Southern California, my palate has always been a collection of global comforts.

When I aligned my life with a more complete practice of Ahimsa, I didn’t want to lose the foods that bring us together. I wanted to combine my Indian heritage with the bold, soul-warming comfort food I love to eat here in SoCal.
